1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to https://clicksuda.xyz (“ClickSuda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about your data.
2. Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect the information shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser-user-agent string to help detect spam.
We may send an anonymised hash of your email address to the Gravatar service to verify whether you use it (see their policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/). After approval, your profile image becomes publicly visible beside your comment.
3. Media uploads
If you upload images, please remove any embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Otherwise, visitors could download the images and extract that information.

5. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on ClickSuda may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Such content behaves exactly as if you visited the originating site directly. These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content—including tracking you if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
6. Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
7. How long we retain your data
- Comments: Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely to allow automatic recognition and approval of follow-up comments.
- Registered users: If you create an account, we store the personal information you provide in your profile. You can view, edit, or delete this information at any time (except you cannot change your username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.
8. Your rights over your data
If you have an account on ClickSuda or have left comments, you may request:
- An exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and/or
- Deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
These rights do not extend to data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
9. Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be screened by an automated spam-detection service.
